In this graph, we can see how pages of a total of 36 pages are dedicated to each story. "Dennis Ski Menace Ski" spans over 9 pages while "Geronimo" is only a single page on the back cover.
Based on our findings, we found and listed the amount of panels that each story contained. Sleigh Mates began with a sizeable count of 32 panels, but the count began to gradually decrease. Nice Going (24), Grampa Story (16), and then Day By Day (8) decreassed consistanly through increments of 8 panels. Afterwards, the panel counts for All Washingtond Up and Dennis Ski Menace Ski launched to 23 and 52 panels, respectively. Finally, Geronimo dropped its count all the way down to a panel count of 6.
We only chose 4 of the 13 characters that had the most panels to keep the graph less cluttered. Some characters only showed up in one to two panels. Looking at the graph we can that based on obvious reasons that Dennis has the most panels as he appears in almost in every story.
In this graph we grabbed every balloon element. The balloon represents speech bubbles for characters. So balloons represent speaking of the characters. Day by Day doesn't actually have balloons because the text is not displayed in standard balloons but it is rather stored in captions below the actual image. NOTE: Dennis Ski Menace Ski should be "90" and not "9" for the count of balloons.
Just like Balloons Count and Chararcter count graphs, this graph represents the key 4 of 13 characters and counts their number of individual balloons per character per story meaning each speech bubble that the character had. Dennis has the most overall, but actually, in "Gramp Story" and "Day By Day" have unique situations. "Grampa Story" is actually a spinoff containing 4 new characters and "Day By Day" is not represented as standard speaking balloons but the speech is contained in captions.
Throughout the comic, there were a wide array of ways that emphasis was displayed. The most commonly used form of displaying emphasis in volume #58 was the bold style with a total count of 241. Other categories such as red (49), large (38), blue (1), and orange (2) appeared significantly less in total than bold.
The actions tags were represented to show classic comic motions that occur throughout the story. The "fast" tags was the most commmon as it's represented as characters moving quickly in straight lines.
The action tags were accompanied by the character who did that action. Dennis, his fatehr, and Mr. Wilson were the highest ranking though close together. Wilson contained the most due to a sequence in "Dennis Ski Menace Ski" in which he was skiing downhill alone. Dennis and his Father are close in number due to most of the time whenever Dennis does an action his father is usually close behind to stop said action or to scold him for said action.
